Microsoft inaugurates the Alpha Skip program to test the Xbox news ahead of time

The Xbox Insider program expands with the opening of a special “ring” called Alpha Skip and designed to accommodate a greater number of users, as well as to offer advanced and exclusive features to “Premium Insider” members.

The Alpha Skip phase will be reserved only for users who have gained some years of experience in the Insider program and in the use of alpha and beta builds with related feedback and technical problems. Currently, Microsoft is looking for testers for the 2004 build of the operating system of Xbox One, defined one of the most important ” Major Release ” in recent years.

Members of the Xbox Insider program can apply to become Alpha Skip members simply by pressing the central button on the controller and then selecting in order the “Report a problem”, “Add” and then “Build Future” items. The section will be particularly strict and so few users will be able to enjoy the Alpha Skip status.

With this move, the Redmond company wants to expand the number of users interested in technical testing of the Xbox One operating system, relying on experienced people who can quickly report serious bugs and problems with the aim of further improving the OS which also equips the console for the launch of the Scarlett Xbox.
